While there, they went to work destroying the Separatists' droid factories. Since then, Delta Squad filled a variety of roles for the Republic during the Clone Wars. These included the assassination of Geonosian leader Sun Fac, , the rescue of their fellow clones from Omega Squad, and missions on the Wookiee world of Kashyyyk. From the very beginning, it was understood that the tactical superiority of the Grand Army of the Republic would reside in its flexibility of response.
